Advanced Item Effects Bug Fix Request?

    Since no one wants to do my plugin request. I request that someone at least fix this plugin. The bug? When placing item in offhand and pressing f the effects don't apply. For buffs this isn't a problem. For debuffs this is a problem. For instance if your item has slowness 1 and blindness 1 but is extremely powerful however you can make it more powerful by placing in your offhand and pressing f and the slowness and blindness will not apply as long as you have it in your arm.
