Mount plugin for RPG server

    I need a plugin that can have diffrent mounts in a GUI that the players use /mount to get and dependent on there permissions they can see diffrent mounts. i need to be able to give for example hourses a new diffrent stats.
    eks.
    horse 1 in the gui have speed of 5 and jump 2
    horse 2 have speed 8 and jump 4
    horse 3 have speed 12 and jump 1

    and mabye diffrent type of horses like skeliton or zombie. and other animals if its posible.
