1.14.4 Movable Tile Entities

Plugin category: I have no idea

Minecraft version: 1.14.4

Suggested name: MovableChests

What I want: I'd like to be able to move chests, furnaces, hoppers and other Tile Entities with a Piston and Sticky Piston.
That's it.

I'd really like it in form of a plugin.
The mod is called "Carpet Mod"

Till now i have only found this plugin for a very old Bukkit version. I have no idea if it actually works, the Owner has not responded to my request to update it.

Can anyone tell me if this feature could actually be a plugin or if this is beyond the power of plugins.
