  1. Plugin category: Mechanics

    Minecraft version: 1.8

    Suggested name: LoreDurability

What I want: This plugin disables the vanilla MC durability and instead uses lore as durability. If a item is spawned in with %durability_100%, the placeholder with be replaced with 100/100, standing for the durability. The number in the placeholder represting the durability. So for example, %durability_250%, it would mean the item will have 250/250 durability. The durability can only be decreased via command and not any other way. When an item reaches 0 durability, it doesn't break but instead it can't be used to break/damage/kill until the durability is increased.

    Ideas for commands:
    /
ld reload - reloads the config
/ld remove <amount> <player> - removes x amount of durability from the item that the player is currently holding. So for example /ld remove 5 Notch, would remove 5 durability from the item that Notch is currently holding.
/ld add <amount> <player> - same as remove command, but this one adds durability.
/ld set <amount <player> - same as add/remove, but this one sets the durability to a spefic number, so if it's /ld set 50 Notch, the durability of the item is going to be set to 50
/ld add armor <slot> <player> - adds durability to armor in an armor slot (slow 1 = helmet, slot 2 = chestplate) ect
/ld remove armor <slot> <player> - removes durability to armor in an armor slot (slow 1 = helmet, slot 2 = chestplate) ect
/ld set armor <slot> <player> - sets durability to armor in an armor slot (slow 1 = helmet, slot 2 = chestplate) ect

Ideas for permissions: ld.admin - able to use all /ld commands

@adi0115 How would you like items to be spawned? Using a command, or something else?

  4. @KarimAKL Yes please, also, either by a command unless it possible to detect when an item with the placeholder is in player's inventory.
