Question IntelliJ IDEA: There was an error while attempting to retrieve versions

This is my first post on this forum, so my apologies if this is the wrong place to post a question like this. This might be more suited for Stack Exchange, but it's Minecraft related so I thought to give this forum a try first.

Every time I start up IntelliJ and click on spigot plugin and enter the details, the same error keeps on popping up on how IntelliJ can't retrieve the Minecraft versions. I have never had this error before and it just started today when I booted up the program.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried google searching for a solution but nothing related seem to come up. I have included an image of the screen. Thanks!

 

I have no experience with that window you show in your screenshot but you should just use Maven.

It can get you any other dependency you need also.
