Hi, so my friend has played on my server with me for a long while. Suddenly, she can't get on it now. It logs her in, and immediately kicks her out. There are a few error messages that pop up, here they are

    ava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Extrenuous data in: 77673877

an established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine

and a third one that shows on her end.
I've researched and tried deleting her playerdata, which did nothing. We also tried disabling firewall/adblocker on her computer, which also didn't work.

any help here? it's a 1.12.2 spigot server with a few UPDATED plugins that have been there for a long while. If you need to see them i can send a screenshot over.

    help!

(the third image from her end, the two other error messages were from my end on my cmd)

One of your plugins is sending a bad packet. Try removing all plugins from the server and ask her to try logging in. Most likely, she will be able to, and you will just need to individually re-add the plugins and repeat the process until you find the one that is kicking her.

Sorry for the late report, but the same errors appeared after removing all plugins. I added them back, nope. Checked for errors, nope. I checked for updates, none. I have no idea what to do

Please tahg me so I am notified when you post.

If you removed all plugins in the problem still occurred, try going into the world's playerdata folder and temporarily removing that player's data file. If this fixes the problem, most likely either their playerdata file was corrupted/ they had a bad item in their inventory, or were joining in a location that was is not valid.

However, if the problem still does not work after removing their file, try creating a separate test server with non of the settings from the first server. If they still have the problem, then it is most likely an issue with their connection to your server. However, If this fixes the problem, then there is an issue with either the world or one of the settings for the server.

Okay, well I wasn't sure how to get two servers running at the same time, but I did delete playerdata. Did not work. I noticed that over this time I've been getting an error message about a plugin, very small and unrelated error, but I removed the plugin. She used to get kicked from the server immediately, but now she gets kicked after a few seconds of seeing the ground and chat. It also displayed this error message instead.

I have no idea what it means.
Also sorry for the late response, I went through a tough time recently and wasn't able to check up on any of this.

Okay, I've done that. The original error went away when she joined but a new one popped up, and she still got kicked.

(Thanks for all the help so far, I really appreciate you still replying after all this time! Also, sorry that I have to keep asking about these errors... I know next to nothing about servers and plugins, I just followed a tutorial to set this all up!)

    Here is the new error.

It seems something is attempting to open a zip file and failing, though it seems to be coming directly from minecraft itself.

From what I can tell, there is an issue loading a map in the world. If you are able to connect to the world, try going to the location where the other player is and try to remove all maps that are nearby. If there are no maps near that area, or removing them does not fix the problem, try temporarily removing the world, and let a new one generate, and see the fixes the problem.

Okay, throughout all of this she spawned in the world Private. I have the multiverse plugin, and this was not the first world to be made. I removed Private, and she spawned in Imperial. Removed both, and she spawned in SuperWorldprr. (Yes weird name I know, haha.) It pops up with the same error no matter what:
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Extrenuous data in: 77673877
and now she spawns in stone for each time she logs in.

Even if I could get her to spawn in a completely new world, I'd still have to delete the rest. I just... can't do that. There's almost a year of day to day building, too much to sacrifice.

I seriously hope there is a way to fix this.
