Equestrian Plugin

Hii!,
I own an equestrian themed server (1.12/1.12.2) and we are looking for someone to make a plugin based around horses.
The plugin should include:
-Claiming- /h claim
-Teleporting- /h here (name) to teleport a horse to a certain player
-Staff being able to edit stats so something like /h edit (speed, Jump)
-Players being able to pick a horses breed so if they did something like /h breeds it would give a list of breeds then they would do /h breed set (horses name) to make a horse that breed.
-Lunging- When players are leading horses and they do /h lunge their horse will walk/trot/canter/gallop around them.
-Being able to see a horses stats by hitting with a lead
-Horses eating- when a bale of hay is placed near a horse, it would disappear after a few hours.
-Selling and giving horses - /h sell, /h give and /h buy
Some extras that would be nice:
-Horses going to their owners when they do /h call
-Grooming horses - so when a player does /h groom their horse will be groomed and there will be a chat message saying so, and if they don't groom them, they will not be able to ride them.
-Horses being able to get ill and needing an admin to give them a 'vaccination' (/h vaccinate) and if the horse does get ill, then the player can't ride it and it can spread to other horses.
- Also horses being able to get spooked, so if they aren't trained well, they will buck their riders off or run off randomly

I understand that it would take a lot of time and effort to make, but it would be a huge help! And sadly I can't pay you but you would be offered a developer position on the server and given credit at spawn.

You just want 1 horse per player?

 

Well I was thinking that there could be limits that can be set for each rank ( e.g.novice-10,intermediate-15 etc) but they would be changed using permissions
