Here u go Download! - simple.build: you can place blocks. - simple.break: you can break blocks. - simple.interact.[BlockName]: you can interact with this block. You can add interact blocks in the config by just add the name of the block. I hope this is what you where looking for!

Hey, it looks pretty good, players cant build or break - but there are some bugs. I cant add interaction-blocks and its not a whitelist, but a blacklist. Does mean: I have to add blocks to block the interaction. (is this function reverse?) And blocks that i add are not working :/
Ow sorry i mis read that bit ;P i will fix it, and you need to get the right minecraft item. What iteam doesn't work? I have fix some bits of the plugin, but in de config it needs to be a black list of the items you don't want players to interact with. When you give a player then the permsion simple.interact.[BlockName] (if this block is listed in the black list) the player can interact with that block. New Download! @Skynios its getting better. Now i could use it, but there are two more blocks that wont work. The enchantmenttable and every kind of trapdoor i guess. If you are annoyed leave it like it is, its still usefull to me! ^^

You need to type it all in capital letters and in a list like: - ENCHANTING_TABLE - OAK_TRAPDOOR - space {Item name in capital letters}
@Skynios i know that, i have already added some blocks. But these specific ones are not working for me for some reason
Okey that weird i will look into this tomorrow EDIT: I found why the plugin don't work on this type of items becouse it's not there legacy item names :3 They change some names like : enchating_table (1.13) was enchantment_table (legacy older then 1.13) so a method i use. Is still using the legacy item names. I can add all the trapdoor manual(if you wanned that). Becouse the various trapdoors are add in 1.13.
Download! I have add all the trapdoors just give them the permions: simple.interact.{trapdoor name} and they can interacht with the trapdoor otherwise they won't ; )
Since worldguard is not working for me on 1.13 i'm looking for something similar Can i select teritory where players cant break blocks etc with this?
No this plugin is just you can't build anywhere ir you don't have a permsion same with the other things
