Plugin Help Custom Staff drops

    So recently I've been working on my server and before I release I want to make it when a staff below admin rank dies they have a chance to drop a staff crate key and when a staff above admin or and admin dies they have a change to drop an admin crate key, I'm using crates plus and have been looking all over for this
