   In my bukkit MC server, I used PermissionsEx permissions.ytl file to change the prefix of names, but every time I reload the server, there is no prefix. PermissionsEx and EssentialsXChat are working just fine.

   the problem is in the essentials config line number 50.. remove the # from #add-prefix-suffix: false
   and set false to true
