Randomly kicking players from my server

Every 2-3 mins it kicks player with this error : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Name and ID cannot both be blank
Anyone know what could be problem ?

One of the plugins on your server is sending a bad packet.

Temporarily remove all the plugins from your server. This should fix the problem. Then, slowly re-add plugins until the problem returns. Once it returns, you know the plugin you just added is causing the problem, and you should report this problem to the plugin's developer.

 

I have not added any new plugins, but this problem starts today, can it be caused by some kind of crash item or something ?

If the problem occurs only when the player is near a certain area, then it may be because of the map.

If not, and it actually is time sensitive, then it could be a plugin.
