Enchanting Table GUI

Suggested name: Enchanter

What I want: I want something when you type something in, it bring you to a 9 wide GUI(like this), that has 5 levels. The first level is enchantment levels 1-6, level 2 enchantment levels 7-12, level 3 enchantment levels 13-18, level 4 enchantment levels 19-24, level 5 enchantment levels 25-30. So when you click the paper it bring you to the enchanting table gui and lets you enchant.

So what happens when I click the paper? Does it automatically give me that level enchant?

 

It opens the enchanting table, (with the enchantment levels ex. 1-6, etc.) without physically having it there.
