Suggested name: Commissary

What I want: I want a plugin that, when you type in a command it opens a GUI, then you get a piece of paper that you would use to right click a sign, to warp you to the shop. When clicking the wool I want to receive a piece of paper. For the C1 shop ticket I want it to cost 100 tickets. For C2 I want it to be 250 points, and for C3 I want it to cost 500 tickets. One last thing I want it so you can also set a certain time limit you can be there, until you get warped back to your previous location

I also want it to be compatible with PlayerPoints.

Ideas for commands: /commissary (Opens the GUI to get the Tickets.)
/commissary settp (Set's the tp to where ever you want.)
/commissary setprice (Set's the price for how many points it is to enter.)
/commissary settime (Set's the time limit you can be there

Ideas for permissions: commissary.commissary (Default permission to open the GUI and click the Sign.)

commissary.admin (Permissions to set the price for Shop, and to Set the tp for the shop, and the time limit for the shop.)

When I'd like it by: I'd like it in a week.

I wouldn't mind doing. It should be done soon, i'll start on it as I send this. I can hook it into Citizens if you would like a npc.
