Problem/Bug My Server Isn't Starting Correctly

I was working on my server when suddenly I was greeted by a server frozen message. I rebooted my server and this was all that appeared.

This was all that was here. I tried starting previous backups from previous times and I still had this same message. Can anyone help me with this?
