My ktis files are being hard on me!

Hey, i am having a problem with my kits file for essentials, i cant for the life of me get these kits to work, and when i mess up it just reverts back to the same old like tools and dtools and all that, can someone please help me with this file!!! here is it

i am having trouble compressing this file to work in the essentials because i made the kit and it gave me the link to put in the essentials congif file for the kits but i look at all the other ktis aand all the other ones have like no spaces, would someone please make this file how it needs to be??!

 

i am using essentials kits but i got it working, but now i am having a problem where my admins/mods cant swtich gamemodes, have any info? i am using permissionsEX and non of my plugins do anything near lik eht same commands or uses???
