   1. You need spaces in multiples of three. You should see a dotted line (like the one under items) for every subsection (such as swordsmen).
   2. Are there any errors in the console? Can you post the full console log to pastebin?

   There is a problem with either EssentialsX or PerWorldPlugin. Try removing PWP. If that fixes the problem, then PWP is the cause, and you should not use that plugin or find a replacement for it. However, if that does not fix the problem, then this is a problem with Essentials, and you should report this on its plugin page.
