Problem/Bug Server not starting

Yo whoever is viewing this i got a problem. Whenever i try launching my bukkit server it says this

[19:07:33 WARN]: Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
[19:07:33 INFO]: Stopping server

So I tried changing my port. Then my server is fine but when i try to join for about a minute it says logging in then it says disconnected please help me!

You most likely already have a server on that port. Try going into task-manager or activity-monitor and end all javaw tasks.

Did you leave server-ip blank in your server.properties? I recommend trying that.

 

But if I fill in the server ip the server will crash and what should I put in it
