Filled Mob collision

    Minecraft version: Spigot 1.12.1

    Suggested name: NoCollision

    What I want:
    A plugin that stops players colliding with players and other mobs. I know there are 2 plugins like this out there, one doesn't work for 1.12 and one I cannot understand for the life of me.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: No perms needed

    When I'd like it by: ASAP.

    I'm sure OldCombatMechanics does this. You can disable all the features and enable the no collision thingy. <Edit by Moderator: Redacted not allowed paid resource url>
    Also, the mobs collision is something in the game itself, I don't think you can disable it
