Filled Payday plugin

Suggested name: Payday
What I want: I want a plugin that gives the players in certain groups a certain amount of money(amount of money configurable), I am running a City Roleplay server and I need a way for my players to get paychecks every 15 minutes. I would like this plugin to work with my economy, which is from essentials.

Ideas for commands: (main command)/payday | /payday bonus (amount) (command that gives players bonus amount of money immediately

Ideas for permissions: payday.admin | Permission that gives access to every command in the plugin.

When I'd like it by: Im patient
