You want a GUI with a lots of kit so player can choose and only choose 1 until console execute command "/resetkit" ? Also if your server have Essentials then you need to change the commands, if not Essentials will override "/kit" command.
Do you want it to open a GUI or do you want it to be clickable text..? This is a GUI (It can be made larger if necessary) Then this is an example of how JSON clickable text can be used Note: These are not my images, just examples I found online.
