Endermen teleport the Player to them when hiding under 2 high roof

I'm looking for a plugin similar to what the Quark mod does. That instead of teleporting themselves around, endermen teleport the player out of hiding.

 

This is the Quark Mod - it's a Forge mod.
what i'm talking about is in the TWEAKS section, about 1/3rd the way down called Endermen Anti-Cheese.

I'll quote you what the description says:
"Going under a 2 block high area while being attacked by an enderman will have the enderman pick up and drop the blocks you are hiding under. This ability is negated in Easy mode.

Note: prior to 1.11, this would have endermen teleport you to them. An option is present to switch to the old behaviour, if you prefer"

I'm looking for the "prior to 1.11" feature for a spigot plugin. How one would go about doing this, I don't know, i'm not a plugin maker.

 

Soo.. If i as a Player hide unter a 2 Block high area.. THe Endermen will teleport ME to HIM?
Did i got that right?
