Plugin Help PerWorld + MassiveCraft Factions Help

I have multiple worlds on my server (Multiverse), and one is Factions. I have grown to like MassiveCraft Factions very much. However, in the other worlds that are NOT Factions if I am in a Faction group, I get a prefix. For example, if I name my Factions group MasterBuilders, that will be the prefix. I also get a MOTD that the Factions group sets when I join the lobby. Is there a way I can make it so you only getthe motd when you join factions?
(And no, I don't want to do bungeecord)
