    Guys I was wondering if there is a plugin that disables the picking up of items for players that didn't get the kill for 10 seconds. For example this is very common in faction servers and it basically works like this. If someone gets a kill they have 10 seconds in which only them have the access to picking up the items and after 10 seconds everyone else can. I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a plugin like that.
