Problem/Bug Server lags whenever I place a block. (Updated)

NOTE: I am reposting my issue as the last thread got locked, because I had a cracked file in my server without realizing it. So I deleted the file, and I am reposting this thread.

So for some reason, my server gets an intense lag spike that lasts around 2-3 seconds, every time I place a block with air beneath it. This lag spike does not occur if I place a block on top of another block, but if I place a block with air below it, the lag spike occurs. How can I fix this issue? All help is appreciated.

In the previous thread, I made a reply posting all the plugins that are outdated. Since the thread was locked before I could post and since I no longer have access to the reply, go through the log and remove or update all plugins who are throwing errors.

You seem to have a lot of plugins that have to listen to block placement. I would recommend removing all plugins, and see if that fixes the problem. If it fixes the problem, go through each plugin, one by one, and see which one causes the lag.

If, however, removing all plugins does not fix the problem, either find another hosting company with better processing power or contact them and ask if there is anything to get more computing power.
