When you get banned, you get a code 'XXXX'. Then if you want to appeal you join appeals.myserver.com, you enter your IGN and your code, then you enter the reson of why you want to appeal and send the appeal. Next an admin enter the page and decides what appeals are accepted and what are denied

Locked Bungeecord requires offline mode. Offline mode is not supported by Bukkit. Please get help where you got Bungeecord
