Plugin category: Economy/Antigrief Minecraft version: 1.11.2/1.12 Suggested name: No clue What I want: I want a plugin which allows a player to set an area which can be purchased or rented by other players. An example where this could be used would be a player run shop/mall, a player run apartment-block/hotel, selling/renting custom farm plots. AreaShop seems like it would work quite well except that from what I understand it doesn't allow for players to create the areas since it relies on WorldGuard regions. The server that I would like this plugin for runs Towny as well as GriefPrevention, so ideally this plugin would be able to prioritize itself over Towny and GriefPrevention but primarily Towny. It should use a tool to be able to mark the areas. I know that there are plugins that allow for selling areas, but they don't take into account the height of the area, and those that do are designed for admins and staff to create them. This plugin would primarily focus on the players ability to create shop centers etc. I think I've covered most points, if I haven't just leave a reply and Ill update the post. @Pops You can configure world guard to allows players to create areas with permissions. If I remember correctly you can also limit the amount of claiming they can do. This will take height into account and then use a plugin like BuyRegion https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/buy-regions that allow players to buy and rent regions.
