    Minecraft version: 1.8.8

    Plugin name: AntiSpam

What I want: This is quite simple, I just need a plugin to block spamming but in a specific way:

If someone says something in chat, they can only say it again after 30s (configurable), this blocks people from spamming chat, but they can still repeat things after the configured amount of time has passed.

IMPORTANT (1): This also needs to work for "similar" phrases, to avoid people adding letters, symbols or numbers to their message to be able to keep spamming it. I think 75% similarity is good.

    IMPORTANT (2): This also needs to work in messages (/msg, /m, /tell, /t, /reply, /r etc.)

When someone tries to repeat something in chat, a message is sent to him such as "Please avoid spamming." (configurable).

    Commands: None.

Permissions: antispam.bypass, to be able to bypass the plugin.

Thank you so much in advance.

    Kind regards,

    FireFlies

    Such a plugin already exists

    https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/chatcontrol.271/

It blocks repeated messages, repeated commands and similar messages. It's highly configurable but the anti repeat command can get annoying to players. Not sure about the repeat things after configured time though

I've already seen this, but it does too much. The file size is 176 Kb, I'm trying to find a more lightweight option.

This is my first plugin as I just recently learned code. It will take a few hours lol

I'm sorry this is taking so long. I'm having trouble with it getting the phrase of matching 75% of their message
