Diamond ore removal.

I need a plugin that supports multiple worlds.
I want it to delete diamond ore in a map completely.

I run a server with 2 maps. World and Resource World. The World is where you build and live, yet it has no diamonds in it at all. The resource world has diamonds but PvP is enabled.

I've tried to world edit out all the diamonds with Asyncworld edit and fastasyncworld edit. Nothing is working.

So I either need a plugin to remove diamond ore when players get near it, or to make diamonds when mined drop nothing or deliver a message saying "This diamond was deleted since you are not in the resource world"
or so. Thank you.

 

I'm done. The player should get a message saying 'Mining Diamond Ore is disabled in this world. ' and the diamond ore broken will drop nothing.
