Setting items in an inventory

    so I want to make a plugin that adds random ores to the inventory of a dropper.
    It has to work for an unlimited amount of them around the world at any coordinate.
    Does anybody know how to do that?
    Thanks.
    I also want it to only do that if it has fuel > zero
    Preferably id have a gui to add fuel

    @thechrisanator We need more than this im afraid, what i can say at this point is that after you learn Java, you should look into the official Plugin Tutorial :D
