Filled PvpCloset

Minecraft version: 1.11 not 1.11.1

Suggested name: PvpCloset

What I want: i'd like to get a plugin when u run the command folowing command /pcloset, it will open a GUI somthing like that ( http://imgur.com/gallery/6nHhW ). the green pane means u got permission to use it, the red one u don't have permission to use it when u click on the pane u can add ur armor, swords, bow, potions...
for pvp. I want plz only 9 closet because there is 9 panes

Ideas for commands: /pcloset (everyone)
/pcloset playername number (admin and above)

Ideas for permissions: pcloset.use.n1 to number 9 pcloset.admin

When I'd like it by: End of the week

can you send error code pls / what version you are using?

i am using bukkit 1.11

and when i type the command nothing is showing
no errors are in the console

nvm now its working i reloaded the server
