PermissionsEx Ranks not working!!!!

I try but Ranks names is not showing up. I dont know what to do. The plugin it self works fine, but i can't seem to make prefixe's work. I created a test server and it isnt still working. I dont know what to do. I don't get any errors in console help me please. Plugins that i use on my test server is
- Essentials 2.0 SNAPSHOT
- ChatManager (Has no config or file in it just can clear the chat)
- PermissionsEX
