What's the right process for getting (back) manager role permissions on a plugin when the current manager has been absent for years?

I started a project about 5 years ago and worked on it for a couple of years, then transferred it to someone else to maintain while I was working elsewhere. He let it languish (that dev was inactive on the site when I tried to contact him and had updated the plugin only 4 times in a year), so a year later I picked it up again with the help of a BukkitDev moderator who gave me permission to modify the pages and upload files, but didn't give me manager-level privileges. Now it's been two more years and I'm thinking about finding a maintainer again, but I don't have the privileges to add users to the project.

I'm not trying to pull a fast one here - 82 of 86 lifetime releases were developed and uploaded by me, and in the last couple of years I've uploaded 32 releases. I still can't get a response from the current manager via BukkitDev messaging. I don't want years of work to disappear when I decide to step away.

    Thanks! :)

Thanks! After looking really hard, I finally spotted that tiny report icon in the corner. ;)
