   as the tittle says i need help creating a plugin that can change it from sun to rain from rain to sun etc
   
   i know there is alredy one plugin out there but i still wanted to do one just for practice so if anyone can write down how the code would look like i would be greatfull

   If you're asking for someone to write code for you ,then you came to the wrong forum. Plugin Requests would be the forum you're looking for.
   
   If you want to know how you can create this plugin, then use "World.setThundering" to set the world's weather.

   From command:
   check World#isThundering()
   if so, World#setThundering(boolean) set to false
   if not, set to true.
   
   Never rain:
   Check WeatherChangeEvent and set thundering to false
