Solved HeroChat API

Hi.

I'm trying to work on a plugin where it will play a sound to the sender and receiver when the private message a player. The problem is there is no wiki for the HeroChat API which makes it fairly difficult to figure out how.

I've looked through many of the API's methods and researched a lot. I just cannot figure out how to do this.
