Hide and reveal players - Item in the inventory in named world

Hey! Can someone try to make this?

When a player join the server he/she get's a yellow dye in slot 3 (slot is configruable). When the player clicks the dye it changes to gray dye, and the players are hidden.

The lore and name of the item is configruable aswell! If it's possible to use the xpbar showing if the player are hidden or revealed, that woudl be awesome! When players are hidden it shows 0 xp. If the players are revealed it shows green bar (full of xp).
