Building Interactions

hi there. My names Dan and I am making a clash of clans type server. I would like a plugin to be able to interact with buildings and collect resources.

Plugin category: Economy

Suggested name: BuildingGUI

What I want: Would like a gui to be opened when right clicking on a building. Like you select a region and save as a schematic then once you load the schematic you can right click on the building to open up a gui.
Also if you can make certain blocks load world edit schematics e.g a magenta wool block- Elixir collector.
I have made all buildings so that won't be needed

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: no permissions are needed.

When due: I would like to have it sometime this week or next week- next month. Doesn't bother me.

 

I think I can make it.. What needs to be in the gui?
Which version? 1.7? 1.8? 1.9?

 

Version 1.8 please, and also it will be like a gui shop for schematics, as in a magenta wool in slot 0 would equal schematic ElixirPump. Don't worry about making schematics because I can make them and, forgot to add would like to be able to do /coc shop to open the gui. And also to be able to add prices. Thx so much, and tell me if you need anymore info

It's a litle bit confusing now...
1. Place a magenta wool for level 1 elixerpump
2. You right click it.
3. Open a gui(With magenta wool, for upgrading?)

You place a magenta wool for a level 1 ElixirPump, then you can right click anywhere on the ElixirPump to open a gui. Which inside will have another magenta wool to upgrade then after clicking that magenta wool inside the Gui it reducts 500$ and loads the level 2 ElixirPump schematic in place of the first and so on until level 3.
