Plots Daily

So what I need is a plugin that places a villager that when you right click them they open a gui that has emerald blocks for available plots and redstone blocks for unavailable plots.

description: Buy plots with gui support. Then pay rent on the spots.
commands:
- /pd set villager - Sets the location for the villager to spawn at. (plotsdaily.set.villager)
- /pd set plot - after selecting area with world edit use command to set the plot. (plotsdaily.set.plot)
- /pd set days {player} - sets days left on a players slot. (plotsdaily.set.days)
- /pd evict {player} - evicts and clears players plot. (plotsdaily.evict)
## These three are in the same permission node ##
- /pd clear - clears your plot. [MUST BE STANDING IN YOUR PLOT TO DO IT] (plotsdaily.clear)
- /pd admin - allows the player who toggles to builds in all plots of players. (plotsdaily.admin)
- /pd reload - reloads the plugin (plotsdaily.admin)

permissions (no commands):
- plotsdaily.use (allows players to use the villager to buy/renew their plots)

If a player fails to pay the rent on his plot then he/she loses the plot, the plot is put back as available in the villager gui for people to buy. Once the plot is bought by another player he can salvage what was left by the previous owner, then can /clear the plot via the /pd clear.
