Essentials Problem

    Hi,

    The problems I am having with my essentials is that they always mess up. when I first join my server, it says that it failed to load. It is also effecting the command /help. Here are some pictures. First one is when I join and second one is when i type /help

    when I first join in

    please post a copy of your start up log to pastebin.com
    also make sure your essentials is up to date
