Problem/Bug Huge lag problem, console spam.

So I have had this issue with lag, thinking it was just a fluke I chose to buy a OVH dedicated box for $70 a month. This has some very nice components to run the server, but I still have this lag issue and the spam in console is insane. if someone could take a look and see what's going on I'd appreciate it as I cannot find out anything.

 

KOTH doesnt work, ServerListMOTD doesnt ping the players in there serverlist, Plugin Reloader doesnt work, SilkSpawnersShopAddon also doesnt work that good, CS-CoreLib GIVES A fatal error,

so to be honest,it looks like you have copied a 1.8 server and put it on a 1.9 jar isnt it that?
also,wouldnt it be usefull to stay up to date with EVERY plugin,because this is a mess,im sorry,my server EVERYTHING is ALWAYS up to date so i know where bugs can come from...
suggest you updating everything and send .log again
