Question How to auto-give users a pre-written book?

I'm using Essentials plugin, along with GriefPrevention.
GriefPrevention comes with a book you can give players using an admin command.

Is there any way I can auto-give this to players on their FIRST join? With or without me being there?
I'm aware Essentials has a method to give players starting kits, but I'm not sure how to include this (or any pre-written book) in a start kit.

Also, in the EssentialsSpawn section of the config, there is a 'kit' option, just set it to the name of the kit you want players to start with.
