Filled One Shot Bow kill

Suggested name: OneShotbowkill

What I want: I want a plugin where when a player shoots someone from 39 blocks or more it instantly kills them and I would like lightning to strike the player when the arrow hits.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for perms: Non needed


When I'd like it by: Asap

 

I can look into this, no guarantees though as I've never ventured into the whole finding the distance between two players sorta realm if you get what I mean. I'll give it a shot but if anyone else can do it, feel free! c:

@Axanite do you mind like making it so when the arrow hits it tells you how many blocks away it was from btw the one shot works perfectly
