ChestCommands hook

    Suggested name: ChestCommands-Animator

    What I want: I would like a plugin that does this:

    I would like there to be a hook into chestcommands that allows me to:
    1. make the boxes that are shown
    2. Be able to to make the letters flicker.
    3. Make animated text as seen when I hover over the beacon.

    Ideas for commands:
    - /cch reload

    Ideas for permissions:
    - /cch reload | cch.reload


    When I'd like it by: AnyTime! :)
