Custom crafting

So, I have Infernal Mobs on my server, and I added in a Lightning Bow TIER I, and a Lightning Bow TIER II. With the help of Custom Enchantments, to make the Lightning enchantment of course. Anyway, I would like a custom crafting plugin, where you have the specific item, where, if you combine an item with a specific name, and a specific lore, to create another specific item, with a specific lore (and please have an easy config to add items)

Example: a Lightning Bow TIER I + a Lightning Bow TIER II = a Lightning Bow TIER III

I would love this to be a real thing. Thanks, SenTendo

2. In regards, This is a personal plugin, either learn Java and Bukkit, or post here asking for a dev. with the tag [Need Devs] or something
3. The title, Please do not use all caps

 

Problem with that "It doesn't matter what enchantment or durability the sword has, it will still give us the stone block"

 

Use rpg items and Rpg crafting not sure tho it may just be rpg items.

@Jayfeather311 A personal plugin request is different than a private plugin request. In addition, that isn't a rule, it's a suggestion.
