Console startup / World guard issues.

Hi all,
So basically as you can see my console is being spammed a lot on startup (http://pastebin.com/AcnH74GZ) i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me identify and fix any of the problems as i can't seem to myself, also i have a fatal flaw currently in my server where default players (rank "A") can break block in my world guard protected spawn (i think it's setup correctly, the 2 regions that we are looking at are "P" and "Safe" http://pastebin.com/01qH8Hkq) Upon breaking a block they receive the "hey" message but the blocks still break? Im running a 1.8 spigot server with world edit 6.1 and world guard 6.0.0 beta 3.. When i do /plugins their are no red plugins they are all green and appear to run fine.. I really need your help!

The regions don't work now no well actually no my spawning etc does and no block place does just no block break doesn't..
