run a command on every user the enters the server?

    run a command on every user the enters the server?
    is that possible?
    i want to add everyone in the same town when they enter the server
    (towny)

    I'm not sure of a plugin that does this without the user doing something but you could have them spawn in a closed room and use CommandSigns to add them/teleport them to the town.

    If you know how to make CommandSigns to add a player to a city let me know. because i really dont know how to make the fake user the mayor..

    how would i use that to add someone to a city? i tought only the mayor\assistance can add..
