Plugins don't work

I'm using multicraft for my server and I keep downloading plugins from Bukkit on the control panel and restarting my server and everything but they never work? I still have basic vanilla minecraft. I changed my .jar to Craftbukkit too but that didn't change anything

 

Did you stop and restart the server? I work for a hosting company and that is one of the most common issues. You need to make sure the jar installs.

"They never work" ... I bet that translates to "The startup log has miles of errors and java vomit all over the place, and it keeps asking me if the plugin is out of date?"

 

It is also possible that BukGet (provided that's what you're using on Multicraft) just isn't working. May not be up to date or something. Post your latest.log on http://pastebin.com/ and link the URL here.

 

I just switched hosts and now everythings working. Must have been something on their end. Sorry for the trouble! Lol
