Where can i find this plugin? crate plugin

So I am looking for a crate plugin which the crate is like colored glass panes in the first and thrid row and then the stuff you can win in the second. In the middle of the first and third row there is a redstone torch or diamonds. And it's like a csgo case.. its get slower and slower and the thing it lands on you win..

I've tried archon crates, csgo case crate keys, crates reloaded and 2 more..

 

The plugins that you tried did it worked? There is no plugin like that, but maybe someone could create it for you!

I though it was a custom plugin at first than I realized like 5 other servers have it so i'm not sure, where you could get it.
