Plugin Request Admin Server Shop Plugin

Plugin category: Admin tools

Suggested name: ServerAdminShop (im not good with names, feel free to change it)

What I want:
-It has to be almost similar to Essentials Sign Shop
-But it needs to have 1 feature that Essentials Sign Shop does not have
-This 1 feature is to choose the quantity of the item you want. (For example: You can choose 1/2/4/8/16/32/48/64/etc apples/stone/dirt/etc)
-To use it you must right click on the sign and a GUI/Inventory appears showing a number of the items you picked.
-NO CHESTS NEEDED FOR THIS PLUGIN (I have found a plugin like this one its:
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/quickmarket/ but you need a chest and a sign to use it and I want this too look good in my server and not ugly with chests.
-It allows players to buy and sell from the signs.
-You can change the prefix that shows on the sign.
-Works with essentials economy
-Preview (NOTE I have found this plugin in a server and I have screenshotted it but they told me that they cannot give me the plugin because they have custom made it for themselves and that it is not opened for the public.):




Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. (But if you think it does add them..)

Ideas for permissions:
serveradminshop.use Lets them use the plugin
serveradminshop.admin Lets the administrators edit/make/create/delete the shops and make new ones or replace or edit them.

Oh wow I also am looking for the similar plugin! I'm the one who made the author of quickmarket add the quantity feature in it. But I also need it to be used with signs only not with chests! Im using the quickmarkey plugin for player shops. I sooo hope someone makes this plugin!!! v_v

@jon_r12 i had this guy offer me the plugin for $10 and i asked him how can we arrange the transaction but he still hasnt replied to me... v.v
