Plugin Help finding a plugin for ranking up players based on time

    hi there, im looking for a plugin which I can use to promote players with permisionsex based on how much time they have spent connected to the server, this would need to be compatible with 1.8
    I've been looking for a plugin to do this, but I haven't found anything yet, if anyone knows of one it would be great if you could point me in the right direction.
