Suggested name: Kill $ Multiplier

What I want: I want a plugin capable of stealing money from the victim by killing him. And I want reward x killstreak. for example: If PlayerA have 11 KillStreak and kill someone ( 11 x 50$ =550$) the player will receive 550$ If the victime don't have enought money = Take all victime money

Ideas for commands:

Ideas for config: -MoneyPerKill:50$
- Broadcast message

Ideas for permissions: Don't need

When I'd like it by: Soon as possible
